These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OMG app (OMG Rides & Food / bites) and related services in New Zealand. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

OMG is operated by OMG SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company operating in New Zealand. Our services include ride booking, airport transfers, school transport, Flex rides, and food delivery (bites) within New Zealand.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent where applicable) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and comply with all applicable New Zealand laws. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability. Fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Cancellation and refund policies are shown at the time of booking. We may update pricing and terms with notice where required by law.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
