These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OMG app (OMG Rides & Bites) and related services in New Zealand. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

OMG is operated by OMG SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company operating in New Zealand. Our services include ride booking, airport transfers, school transport, Flex rides, and Bites food delivery within New Zealand.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent where applicable) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and comply with all applicable New Zealand laws. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability. Fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Cancellation and refund policies are shown at the time of booking. We may update pricing and terms with notice where required by law.

4. Payment Methods and Card Storage

Card payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. By using card payment you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for trips, food orders, wallet top-ups, and subscriptions. Our provider may securely store your card details as a payment method token and set it as your default card for future OMG transactions. You can select a different card during checkout at any time.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
